Booking and cancellation policy:
All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 HOURS notice to avoid being charged for the session.
Late cancellation or no-show will result in full session usage or deduction from class package
Expirations and Refunds:
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Private packages = 6 MONTHS expiration*
Single class= 45 DAYS Expiration*

As a small studio, we kindly ask that you respect our 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY to allow us to accommodate other clients. Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Nope! Our sessions are tailored for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. You will be guided through the movements and modifications to suit your needs.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable, form fitting workout attire that allows for movement. Grip socks are HIGHLY recommended for safety, stablility, and hygiene during your session. If you don’t have a pair, no worries- they are easily found online and in most stores. (but no stress if you dont have them for the first few sessions)
Where is the studio located, and how do I get there?
Rooted Pilates is located within the Simply Well building, a comprehensive wellness center that offers a variety of services, including massage, chiropractic care, counseling and more. You can find us at 28 S. PITT ST. CARLISLE, PA 17013 with parking available BEHIND THE BUILDING.
How do I book a class?
Booking a session at Rooted Pilates is easy! Once you purchase a class or package you will be able to schedule your sessions after checkout. Our Scheduling system allows you to book sessions at your own convenience. Any question, feel free to email us!
